Required documents and certification steps for the Russian government scholarship.
Required Documents
- Passport
- Most recent academic certificate obtained (high school, Azhar secondary, industrial secondary, bachelor's, master's, etc.)
- Russian translation of passport
- Russian translation of academic certificate
- HIV test results
- Medical certificate from any government hospital
- Letter of recommendation
- Letter of intent
- Sports achievement certificates from the last two years
Certification — Egyptian Certificates
- Certification from the Directorate of Education (for high school certificates only)
- Certification from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Certification — Non-Egyptian Certificates
- Certification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country
- Certification from the Russian Embassy in the issuing country (not from Egypt)
Translation Certification
- Notary certification for translations done in Russia
- Certification from the translation office or embassy if the translation was done outside Russia
